This group is specifically designed to address the challenging topics that often go unspoken. We invite speakers to share their insights on subjects like making unbiased hiring and firing decisions, conquering the infamous mommy guilt (we all know how real it can be), and understanding our financials. It can be quite challenging to navigate a world where we constantly give our all to others. The goal is to create an environment of support and understanding. I can say that we are creating a safe space where women in business can come together and grow both personally and professionally.
